Job satisfaction is understood through its dual role on organization productivity and employees achievement (Smith, 1998). The use of instruments to measure it in Portugal, has been the subject of several studies, such as the adaptation of the Cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral S20/23 (Meliá & Peiró, 1989) to Portuguese population carried out by Pocinho and García (2008). This study is a further contribution to the study of the psychometric qualities of this instrument. Comparison and multiresolution analysis of irregular meshes with appearance attributes

We present in this dissertation a method to compare and to analyse irregular meshes with appearance attributes. First, we propose a mesh comparison method using a new attribute deviation metric. Considered meshes contain geometric and appearance attributes (e.g. color, texture,temperature). The proposed deviation assessment allows the computation of local attribute differences between two meshes. The research objectives of this thesis concern the development of new concepts for image segmentation and region classification for image analysis. This involves implementing new descriptors, whether color, texture, or shape, to characterize regions and propose new deep learning architectures for the various applications linked to facial analysis. We restrict our focus on face recognition and person-independent facial expressions classification tasks, which are more challenging, especially in unconstrained environments. Ville et mobilité faisant système, les révolutions récentes de l’offre de mobilité ont bouleversé les formes du développement urbain, consacrant notamment la dépendance automobile (Dupuy, 1999).
