Biometrics is an emerging technology that proposes new methods of control, identification and security. Biometric systems are often subject to risks. Face recognition is popular and several existing approaches use images in the visible spectrum. These traditional systems operating in the visible spectrum suffer from several limitations due to changes in lighting, poses and facial expressions. Les difficultés croissantes pour attirer les candidats traditionnels des concours de l’enseignement, couplées à l’augmentation des flux de candidats précédemment actifs dans ces mêmes concours, amènent à s’interroger sur les raisons différenciées qui poussent ces individus à rejoindre le métier d’enseignant. Une méthode quantitative permet d’étudier ces choix de carrière, en analysant les motivations spécifiques aux enseignants titulaires en reconversion dans le secondaire général français. Policy analysis in Africa has mainly focused on their evaluation. Now that several reforms are undertaken and that the progressive move toward democracy allows new actors to enter the political arena, it is useful to analyze how decisions on public issues are made. The dissertation examines the reform of the teacher recruitment policy in francophone Africa. The reform consisted in changing the teacher status in order to allow the government to pay a lower salary to new teachers. Cette étude statistique s’intéresse aux pratiques de RSE des entreprises de petite taille de la région Bourgogne Franche Comté (BFC), étant donné que ces dernières sont quasi délaissées par la recherche scientifique au profit des grandes entreprises comme démontré par Oueghlissi (2013). Le choix de la région BFC s’explique par l’accès facilité au terrain et le fait que la RSE est à ce jour peu explorée d’un point de vue académique dans cette région. Elle met en avant plusieurs paradoxes que nous présentons dans cette étude.

Abstract This research is aimed at investigating the effect of accuracy of ATIS (Advanced Traveller Information Systems) in terms of route choices and travellers concordance to informative system. Yliopistojen strategisen kansainvälistymisen myötä englannin asema lingua francana kaikilla akateemisen työn osa-alueilla (tutkimus, opettaminen, palvelut ja hallinto) ja tieteenaloilla on voimistunut. Toisaalta myös monikielisyys on perinteisesti ollut hallitseva ideologia akateemisissa piireissä, sillä useiden kielten osaamista pidetään mm. yhtenä sivistyksen mittarina.
