Abstract Purpose The aim of our study was to evaluate the prevalence of early complications after Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) and their correlation with the Calcium Score (CS) of the aortic valve, aorta and ilio-femoral arteries derived from pre-procedural computed tomography (CT). Purpose To investigate the safety and efficacy of emergency treatment of acute aortic diseases with endovascular stent grafts. AbstractAortic intramural hematoma (IMH) is described as “dissection without intimal tear” due to rhexis of vasa vasorum, which results in bleeding within the tunica media in the absence of intimal disruption or blood flow communication. The aim of our study is to validate perioperative evidence of intimal entry tear in IMH patients and to suggest that this entity may represent a part of a disease and not a separate disease.

Objective: The aim of this study is to assess our results of treatment of women with stage I cervical cancer > 2 cm in diameter seeking fertility preservation. Treatment consisted of Laparoscopic Pelvic and Paraaortic Lymphadenectomy (LPPLND), and when no nodal metastasis was detected, neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) followed by radical vaginal trachelectomy (RVT). Patients with positive lymph nodes underwent primary chemoradiation.
