Molecular dissection of human Argonaute proteins by DNA shuffling.

A paramount task in RNA interference research is to decipher the complex biology of cellular effectors, exemplified in humans by four pleiotropic Argonaute proteins (Ago1-Ago4). Here, we exploited DNA family shuffling, a molecular evolution technology, to generate chimeric Ago protein libraries for dissection of intricate phenotypes independently of prior structural knowledge. Through shuffling of human Ago2 and Ago3, we discovered two N-terminal motifs that govern RNA cleavage in concert with the PIWI domain. El objetivo de este trabajo es clarificar, basándonos en las aportaciones de diversos autores, en la legislación foral y en la documentación que hemos ido recopilando, el significado del cargo de dessospitador, cuyo cometido podría ser similar al del actual forense, su proceso de configuración, funciones que le eran asignadas, tanto en el campo jurídico como en las relaciones interprofesionales, donde, en determinadas ocasiones, podía llevar a cabo un arbitraje, etc., todo ello contextualizado, en el ámbito de la Corona de Aragón y, de forma más específica, en el Reino de Valencia.

En el período foral moderno, en torno a la figura del virrey se va a desarrollar en Valencia todo un mundo cortesano con sus correspondientes connotaciones culturales, sociales y políticas. Los conflictos de precedencia y protocolo acaecidos en ese marco han sido escasamente atendidos en la investigación. En este trabajo se abordan desde los diferentes planos sugeridos por la documentación analizada. Spectroscopy of $^{46}$Ar by the (t,p) two-neutron transfer reaction

States in the $N=28$ nucleus $^{46}$Ar have been studied by a two-neutron transfer reaction at REX-ISOLDE (CERN). A beam of radioactive $^{44}$ at an energy of 2.16~AMeV and a tritium loaded titanium target were used to populate $^{46}$ by the t($^{44}$,p) two-neutron transfer reaction. Protons emitted from the target were identified in the T-REX silicon detector array. The excitation energies of states in $^{46}$ have been reconstructed from the measured angles and energies of recoil protons. Angular distributions for three final states were measured and based on the shape of the differential cross section an excited state at 3695~keV has been identified as $J^\pi = 0^+$.
