Resumen: El objetivo fundamental del presente articulo es identificar los factores motivadores del trabajo entre los futuros directivos y trabajadores y reflexionar desde un punto de vista tanto academico como profesional sobre la importancia del dinero como factor motivador. Para ello, hemos tomado a estudiantes universitarios, en su faceta de futuros trabajadores; se concluye que el dinero por si solo no motiva y que es necesario encontrar aquel grupo de factores que motivan a los trabajadores con el objetivo de conseguir el maximo rendimiento. Katru gadu ar melanomu saslimst arvien vairāk cilvēku. Viens no iemesliem ir ozona slāņa samazināšanās, kas rada intensīvāku ultravioletā starojuma nokļūšanu uz Zemes virsmas. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot ultravioletā starojuma un filtru ietekmi uz cilvēkiem, respondentu sauļošanās un aizsarglīdzekļu lietošanas paradumus, sakarību starp UV filtru procentuālo daudzumu un SPF vērtību un ādas reakciju uz izveidoto aizsargkrēmu. Praktiskajā daļā tiek analizētas respondentu atbildes, veiktas SPF simulācijas, veikts un analizēts aizsargkrēma plākstera tests. SCOPO DEL LAVORO Presentiamo un caso di una paziente di 24 anni che giunge alla nostra attenzione per la comparsa di disartria come quadro clinico d’esordio di una forma aggressiva di malattia demielinizzante di cui si valuta l’atipica evoluzione neuroradiologica delle lesioni pseudotumorali che la caratterizzano e le possibili diagnosi differenziali. MATERIALI E METODI La paziente dopo una prima valutazione in PS è stata sottoposta a TC encefalo, ricoverata presso l’U.O. di Neurologia, sottoposta a controlli RM seriati (anche con tecniche avanzate); durante la degenza è stata inoltre effettuata una biopsia stereotassica. Quasi Phase Matched UV Second Harmonic Generation in Lithium Tantalate soft PE Waveguides

We report on first experimental results on UltraViolet second-harmonic generation by first-order quasiphase-matching in a surface periodically poled proton exchanged Lithium Tantalate waveguide. We have achieved a good compatibility with alpha phase proton exchanged channel waveguides in Lithium Tantalate. We held the sample in a temperature controlled oven kept at a constant temperature of 250 °C, to reduce photorefractive damage. The pump source was a Ti-Sapphire laser with a tunability range of 700 - 980 nm and a 40-GHz linewidth. Continuous wave UV light at 365.4 nm was produced with a conversion efficiency of 6.6% W-1cm-2.

DETERMINATION OF ABUSED SUBSTANCES IN BIOLOGICAL MATRICES FOR TOXICOLOGICAL AND FORENSIC PURPOSES

During the year 2017, a research work was carried out at the Department of laboratory diagnostics - Toxicology and Biochemistry U.O.S. of ASP 6 in Palermo. The purpose of this investigation was to perform a second level analysis in order to look for abuse drugs. The sample used consisted of 73 serum tubes, which had previously tested positive for screen- ing tests. The result of the analysis of these samples revealed a false positivity in most cases. From the information gathered through the sampling reports, it appears that the age group with several drivers, who are subject to checks by the traffic police, is the one from 17 to 30 years, with 35 samples analysed (48%).
