En este trabajo se analizan los objetos líticos apuntados recuperados en el Abrigo de la Quebrada. Para ello, el estudio parte del análisis tecnológico, tipológico y tipométrico de los soportes sobre los que se confeccionó este utillaje, además de una primera aproximación al estudio de las macrohuellas y fracturas detectadas. Los datos obtenidos se comparan con otros del ámbito regional, con el objetivo de aportar nueva información en torno a las capacidades cinegéticas de los grupos neandertales.

Passive total neutron counting is an important tool in the nuclear weapon disarmament monitoring and verification process proposed by the International Partnership for Nuclear Disarmament Verification (IPNDV). In the process, neutron measurements of given treaty accountable items (TAIs) are repeated multiple times in different locations and environments, and the measured neutron count rates are expected to remain unchanged. Los castillos eran la espina dorsal del sistema defensivo del reino de Valencia, así como de todos los estados feudales. A través del análisis de la contabilidad de un libro de obras relativo al castillo de Sagunt analizamos el papel de los castillos valencianos en la defensa del territorio y su importancia en la creación de tejido económico y en la movilización de mano de obra. El volumen es especialmente interesante porque también refleja el abastecimiento alimentario y la compra de armamento. Además, las cuentas analizadas se realizaron durante la Guerra de Castilla (1356-1375) uno de los momentos claves de la historia de la Corona de Aragón.

A metallographic study of two pre-roman Iberian arms, affected by a cremation process, revealed the presence of an outer magnetite layer, providing highly protective properties. This layer is extraordinarily tenacious and of very homogeneous thickness, indicating an intentional manufacturing process rather than an accidental formation during the severe heating/cooling cycles the artefact suffered. Why has it not yet been possible to bring the nuclear weapons regime to an end and why are prospects about a nuclear weapon free future so bleak? In this thesis, I analyze both the achievements and failures concerning the global governance of nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament. W latach 80. XX wieku ruch pokojowy mobilizujący setki tysięcy osób w protestach przeciwko podwójnej uchwale NATO z grudnia 1979 r. był istotnym elementem zachodnioniemieckiej sceny politycznej. Wpływał na układ sił i konflikty wewnętrzne w socjaldemokracji niemieckiej (SPD), będąc największym oponentem polityki prowadzonej przez rząd kanclerza Helmuta Schmidta, przyczynił się do powstania Partii Zielonych, a jego działania doprowadziły do zaistnienia polemiki w związkach zawodowych i były bodźcem do dyskusji etycznych i religijnych w Kościele katolickim i protestanckim w RFN. Stał się również przedmiotem wielu kontrowersji oraz symbolem aktywności i siły społecznej.
