Apparent and quantitative loss of fatty acids and triacylglycerols at frying temperatures

[EN]: Olive and sunflower oils were heated at 180 °C for 5, 10 and 15 hours with the aim of defining the changes in the contents of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) and triacylglycerols (TAG) under frying conditions. Differences between apparent and real loss of FAME or TAG are defined for an adequate interpretation of the changes taking place at high temperature. Such differences depend on the expression of the results and frequently result in erroneous conclusions. Results showed that from the normalized composition it could be deduced that only the most unsaturated FAME (C18:2) or TAG containing it was significantly altered. Syvällä sydänmaassa – Yrjö Blomstedtin ja Victor Sucksdorffin Kainuu -näyttely kertoo kahden arkkitehdin, Yrjö Blomstedtin ja Victor Sucksdorffin, tunnetusta Venäjän Karjalan tutkimus- ja keräysmatkasta kesällä 1894. Matkasta julkaistiin kaksiosainen Karjalaisia rakennuksia ja koristemuotoja -teos, joka on myöhemmin arvioitu arkkitehtuurin Kalevalaksi ja taideteollisuuden klassiseksi tiennäyttäjäksi. Suurelle yleisölle on kuitenkin jäänyt tuntemattomaksi se, että Blomstedt ja Sucksdorff työskentelivät ahkerasti myös nykyisen Kainuun alueella. The colonial policy of the second Republic demonstrate a moderate assimilationist policy. The ideas of Victor Schoelcher are influential, but not entirely adopted. Indeed, Schoelcher fought for the application of common law to the colonies. Although the emancipated slaves of the four old colonies are under the rule of juridical assimilation, the specific status of the natives remains unchanged. The constitution of 1848 institutes a représentation of the colonies before the National Assembly, proclaims the unity and indivisibility of the Republic and the sovereignty of France over its colonies. International audience; Au CFA de 2014 nous présentions le caveau phonocamptique de la Cathédrale de Noyon qui comporte, dans un espace souterrain réduit (15 m²), un nombre important de pots acoustiques (64). L’étude des livres liturgiques et de la documentation de la cathédrale (XVe-XVIIe siècles) ne permet pas à ce jour d’identifier le rôle et l’usage de ce caveau. Video games as a consumer product have changed significantly with the advent of in-game purchasing systems (e.g., microtransactions, ‘loot boxes’). This review examines consumer protections related to in-game purchasing by anticipating some of the potential design strategies that might contribute to higher risk consumer behavior. Attention was directed towards the analysis of patents for potential in-game purchasing systems, with 13 identified on Google Patents. The design features were analysed in relation to the consumer rights and guarantees described in the terms of use agreements of the patent assignees. Tämän artikkelin tavoitteena on avata teoreettisia näkökulmia suomalaisen taiteilijakunnan luokkarakenteen ja yhteiskuntaluokan vaikutusten tarkasteluun taiteellisen työn prekaareissa olosuhteissa. Artikkelin lähtökohtana on ajatus siitä, että tietyt taiteen toimintaympäristöön usein liitetyt käsitykset esimerkiksi yhdenvertaisuudesta yhdessä taiteellista työtä määrittävien prekaarien olosuhteiden kanssa muodostavat kokonaisuuden, jossa yhteiskuntaluokkien väliset erot jäävät helposti näkymättömiksi, mutta silti kaikkea muuta kuin merkityksettömiksi.
