Passwords are the most common authentication mechanism, that are only increasing with time. Previous research suggests that users cannot remember multiple passwords. Therefore, users adopt insecure password practices, such as password reuse in response to their perceived memory limitations. The critical question not currently examined is whether users’ memory capabilities for password recall are actually related to having a poor memory. Passwords are the most frequently used authentication mechanism. However, due to increased password numbers, there has been an increase in insecure password behaviors (e.g., password reuse). Therefore, new and innovative ways are needed to increase password memorability and security. Typically, users are asked to input their passwords once in order to access the system, and twice to verify the password, when they create a new account. This article applies the notion of primary identity to explore the emergence of ethnic identities in the southern-most tract of the lower Omo valley. Current identities here are the result of two correlated patterns of movement that have occurred over the past 150 years: migration to the valley by organised pastoralists and scattered groups, and a general movement down the river and into the Omo delta, where the ecological niche generated by the regular flooding of the Omo River provided a rich variety of livelihood alternatives. Tämän tutkielman tarkoitus on selvittää, millaisia englannin kielestä lainattuja sanoja ruotsalaiset nuoret käyttävät internetin keskustelupalstoilla. Tutkielmassa tarkastellaan lingvistisestä näkökulmasta sanoja, jotka on lainattu ruotsin kieleen aikaisintaan 1950-luvulla. Tutkimusaineisto koostuu 83 ruotsalaisella Ungdomar.se-keskustelufoorumilla vuosina 2009 ja 2010 käydystä elokuva- ja tv-aiheisesta keskustelusta. Aineiston analysoimisessa on käytetty sekä määrällisiä että laadullisia tutkimusmenetelmiä.
