The origins of Valencian ceramic tableware, one of the most coveted products of the Late Middle Ages, have traditionally been explained from the supply perspective. Abstract Introduction: The construct validity of the Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand questionnaire (DASH) has previously been questioned. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the measurement properties of the Finnish version of the DASH for assessing disability in patients with hand complaints using Rasch Measurement Theory. Methods: A cohort of 193 patients with typical hand and wrist complaints were recruited at a surgery outpatient clinic. Nyiragongo is an active intraplate volcano well known for its fascinating persistent lava lake inside the crater and is recognized as one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world as more than two million people live on its slopes, 18-25 km far from the main crater. It is located in the Virunga Volcanic Province (VVP), in the western branch of the East African Rift System (EARS), at the intersection between the Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, and Uganda. This qualitative study investigates customer behavior during the omnichannel customer journey. The study aims to increase the understanding of omnichannel service environments from a customer-centric point of view. The data was collected by interviewing 10 young adults (from 26 to 30 years old) who had bought a Finnish clothing brand (R-Collection) product via a digital or a physical channel. The research interviews dealt with the interviewees' experiences and channel behavior during their shopping journeys.
