Tämä tutkimus käsittelee asiantuntijaorganisaatioiden palkitsemisjärjestelmiä ja niiden yhteyttä henkilöstön motivaatioon ja oppimiseen. Tutkimus on laadullinen ja tutkimukseen osallistuneet yksityissektorin organisaatiot toimivat Keski-Pohjanmaan alueella. Tutkimus toteutettiin teema-haastatteluina kuudelle organisaatiossaan palkitsemisjärjestelmästä vastaavalle henkilölle. Tutkimus lähestyi asiantuntijaorganisaatioiden palkitsemisjärjestelmiä kolmesta eri näkökulmasta. Työssä oppiminen puhelinasiakaspalvelussa

Tämän pro gradu-työn tarkoituksena oli selvittää, millä eri tavoilla työssä oppimista tapahtuu puhelinasiakaspalvelussa, ja mitkä tekijät vaikuttavat oppimiseen. Lisäksi tässä tutkimuksessa haluttiin tutkia, miten esimies voi vaikuttaa alaistensa työssä oppimiseen. Tutkimuksessa keskitytään informaaliin oppimiseen eli oppimiseen, jota tapahtuu jokapäiväisessä työssä eikä niinkään järjestetyissä koulutuksissa. Abstract Introduction One of the most frequent complications after a total hip arthroplasty (THA) is bleeding, intravenous tranexamic acid (TXA) is used to reduce it. We considered it necessary to carry out a study to clarify which administration route is superior. Material and method Prospective, controlled and randomized study in 2 arms carried out between February 2017 and February 2018. 15 mg/kg of intravenous TXA were administered in group A and 2 g of intra-articular TXA in group B. Total joint replacement in patients suffering from developmental dysplasia of the hip poses specific technical difficulties due to insufficient bone stock at the site of the original and secondary acetabulum and a narrow, cranially displaced proximal femur. Twelve hips with severe congenital dislocation (4 Crowe type II, 5 type III, 3 type IV) were treated with cementless, porous structured total hip replacement. The cup was implanted at the anatomic height, a femoral segment was resected below the minor trochanter to reduce the femoral component in all cases. Hyperplastic callus formation in osteogenesis imperfecta: CT and MRI findings.

Hyperplastic callus formation is a noteworthy condition in patients with osteogenesis imperfecta because it often mimicks osteosarcoma on radiography. The findings of CT and MRI in hyperplastic callus formation have not been reported. In the presented case, MRI demonstrated contrast enhancement and edema of the surrounding soft tisssue, consistent with benign as well as malignant disease. Computed tomography showed a calcified rim of the lesion which may be a useful feature to rule out osteosarcoma in this condition.

In 1027 lateral radiograms of the ankle in a Caucasian population, 161 plantar and/or dorsal calcaneal spurs (15.7%) were diagnosed. Plantar spurs were more common than dorsal spurs (11.2 and 9.3% respectively). Prevalence of both spurs increases considerably with the rising age. Dorsal spurs appear slightly earlier than plantar spurs. The spur frequencies are similar in left and right feet. The plantar spurs were significantly (p < 0.0001) more common in women than in men in general, while dorsal spurs were more frequent in men than in women up to the age of 70.
