Väitöskirjatutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin dokumenttikokoelmiin liittyvän, dokumenttien tuottamisympäristöstä ja dokumenttien loogisesta rakenteesta kertovan tiedon keräämistä ja hyödyntämistä. Dokumenttien tuottamisympäristöä kuvaavaa tietoa kutsutaan kontekstimetatiedoksi ja loogisen rakenteen kuvausta rakennemetatiedoksi. This research investigates the effects of marketer-generated content (i.e., emotional and rational), sounds, and influencers on digital customer engagement (i.e., likes and shares) on TikTok. Data were collected from 10 Indonesian food and beverage brands. The results confirm that emotional content generates more likes and shares than rational (i.e., informational and transactional) content. Conversely, rational (i.e., informational and transactional) posts receive more likes and shares than emotional posts. The intent of this research was to find out what is the state of Finnish energy policy when reviewing it from the vantage point of biogas as a motor vehicle fuel. It seemed, according to previous research, that Finnish energy policy is lead by an elite and that there was a lack in transparency of energy policy.
