Dieser Artikel stellt die Ergebnisse einer Rettungsgrabung (Inrap) vor, die in der Gemeinde Lavau im Departement Aube durchgeführt wurde. Zwei unterschiedliche Besiedlungen konnten klar identifi ziert werden : ein Teil eines Bauernhofs aus der späten Bronze-/ frühen Hallstattzeit sowie eine kleine Nekropole aus der Mittellatènezeit. Während der Bauernhof typisch für einen ländlichen Betrieb dieser Zeit ist, unterscheidet sich die Nekropole von dem, was man erwarten würde. Ihre Lage, ihre Organisation, sowie manche Bestattungsbräuche sind aussergewöhnlich.

A rescue excavation in 2003 resulted in the discovery of a building on piles, constructed between two sections of ditch, of which the one on the north side has an entrance. The chronological data of the building and two ditches match and demonstrate the existence of cults during La Tène C2. Evidence of the cults is given by a small quantity of deliberately mutilated weapons, as has been found in other La Tène sanctuaries. Dating the creation of the enclosure is problematicaln but it probably derives from La Tène C1. Un projet immobilier de réhabilitation de l’îlot du prieuré Saint-Pierre (dépendance de l’abbaye Saint-Claude dans le Jura), accolé à l’église éponyme, au NO de la ville ancienne de Bar-sur-Aube, a entraîné la prescription d’un diagnostic archéologique sur les deux « cours » concernées par le projet et sur une analyse du potentiel archéologique conservé en élévation. Ce diagnostic a montré d’importants aménagements médiévaux encore conservés au sein du prieuré Saint-Pierre dont la création est antérieure au milieu du XIIe s., tant dans les élévations que dans les données stratigraphiques. Maģistra darbā pētītas aktuālākās un praktiski nozīmīgākās problēmas Šengenas īstermiņa ieceļošanas vīzas pārsūdzības procesā. Līdz Šengenas Vīzu kodeksa regulas spēkā stāšanās brīdim, Latvijā nebija noteiktas personas subjektīvās tiesības apstrīdēt vai pārsūdzēt vīzas atteikumu. 2011.gadā Latvijā ļoti strauji mainījās tiesiskie apstākļi attiecībā uz vīzu pārsūdzības jomu, un salīdzinājumā ar citām dalībvalstīm, kuras pārsūdzības institūciju ieviesa tikai pakāpeniski vai daļēji, Latvija īsā laikā veica divu lielu soļu pāreju no sākotnējās stadijas, kad nepastāvēja pienākums informēt par atteikuma iemesliem līdz pārsūdzības tiesībām tiesu iestādē. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt kredītpolitikas raksturojumu informācijas tehnoloģiju uzņēmumos Tieto un noteikt riska faktorus, kā arī identificēt un piedāvāt iespējamos uzlabojumus šaubīgo debitoru parādu vadībā, balstoties uz izdarītajiem secinājumiem. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 11 apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir raksturoti debitoru parādi un kredītpolitika.
