Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli kuvata ja analysoida audiokokousta työelämän vuorovaikutustilanteena. Audiokokous on teknologiavälitteisen viestinnän vuorovaikutustilanne, jossa viestitään äänen välityksellä joko tietokoneella tai puhelimella.
