Darbā tiek aplūkoti strīdīgie momenti starp LR VID un nodokļu maksātāju atsevišķu PVN tiesību normu piemērošanā priekšnodokļa atskaitīšanā, kas rodas nodokļu audita rezultātā. Ir sniegts VID audita pierādījumu iegūšanas galveno metožu skaidrojums. Maģistra darbā tiek veikta iegūto audita pierādījumu objektivitātes analīze saskaņā ar attiecināmības un pietiekamības kritērijiem. No izveidojušās auditoru prakses viedokļa ir veikta arī atsevišķu nodokļu likumdošanas normu interpretācija, kas ievērojami ietekmē nodokļu maksātāju likumīgo tiesību realizāciju strīdos ar VID, kā arī izveidojusies LR AT prakse un pēdējās atziņas ES judikatūrā. Tertiary lymphoid structures in pulmonary metastases of microsatellite stable colorectal cancer

Tertiary lymphoid structures (TLSs) are ectopic lymphoid aggregates located at sites of chronic inflammation and recognized as prognosticators in several cancers. We aimed to analyse the prognostic effect of TLSs in colorectal cancer (CRC) pulmonary metastases and primary tumours, with a comparison to the CD3+ and CD8+ cell density-based immune cell score (ICS). For TLS density and TLS maximum diameter analysis, 67 pulmonary metastases and 63 primary tumours were stained with haematoxylin and eosin. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli tutkia ja kehittää etäteknologian käyttöä Kelan laitoskuntoutuksessa ja työhyvinvointipalveluna toteutetussa etäkuntoutuksessa. Kuntoutusryhminä olivat sydänkuntoutukseen osallistuneet, tuki- ja liikuntaelinsairauksia sairastavat ja ammatillisen työkyvyn tuen tarpeessa olevat asiakkaat. Tausta: Suomessa syntyy vuosittain noin 20 lasta, joilla on vaikea-asteisimpiin sydänvikoihin kuuluva yksikammioinen sydän, hypoplastinen vasemman kammion oireyhtymä (HLHS) tai muu yksikammioinen sydänvika (UVH). Aikaisemmin nämä lapset menehtyivät pian syntymän jälkeen. Suomessa on alettu hoitaa näitä lapsia vuodesta 1995 Norwoodin ym. 1980 kehittämän kolmivaiheisen leikkausmenetelmän avulla, jonka ansiosta suurin osa näistä lapsista jää henkiin. Since 2003, French auditors must disclose justifications of assessments (JOAs) in expanded audit reports. Like critical audit matters recently introduced in the US and key audit matters introduced by international standard setters, the purpose of JOAs is to enhance the informative value of audit reports.
