Abstract Introduction Pseudohypoaldosteronism type 1 (PHA1) is a rare genetic disease due to the peripheral resistance to aldosterone. Its clinical spectrum includes neonatal salt loss syndrome with hyponatremia and hypochloraemia, hyperkalemia, metabolic acidosis and increased plasmatic levels of aldosterone. Two genetically distinct forms of disease, renal and systemic, have been described, showing a wide clinical expressivity. Mutations in the genes encoding for the subunits of the epithelial sodium channels (ENaC) are responsible for generalized PHA1. Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts Vides Risinājumu institūta un Alūksnes novada pašvaldības projekta „Alūksnes ezera gultnes, piekrastes zonas veģetācijas un ekosistēmas pētniecība” ietvaros. Darbā mērķis bija raksturot Alūksnes ezera zivju sabiedrības sastāvu un izpētīt dominējošo zivju sugu barošanās paradumus. Zinātniskā kontrolzveja pamatā veikta pēc Eiropas un Latvijas zivju paraugu ievākšanas standarta, izmantojot Nordic tipa daudzacu žauntīklus. Konstatēts, ka Alūksnes ezera zivju sabiedrība atbilst mērenās klimata joslas mezotrofu ezeru ihtiofaunai un ka no konkrētām zivju sugām gan pēc biomasas, gan pēc skaita dominēja asari Perca fluviatilis. Opdagelsen sætter scenen for Jacksons undersøgelse af morfarens livshistorie under krigen, som har været holdt skjult i familien, og for hendes udforskning af disse begivenheders betydning for hendes eget liv. Morfaren blev traumatiseret af krigen, og Jacksons essay udforsker konsekvenserne af, at morfarens traume er blevet givet videre i flere generationer. Darbā tiek pētīts līgumiskās pirmpirkuma tiesības regulējums Latvijas Republikā. Tiek padziļināti analizēti konstatētie problēmjautājumi, kā arī tiek piedāvāts salīdzinājums ar ārvalstu regulējumu. Pirmpirkuma tiesība ir priekšrocība attiecībā pret citiem tiesību subjektiem iegādāties lietu tās tālākpārdošanas gadījumā. Pastāv divi pirmpirkuma tiesību veidi – likumiskā, kas saistās ar likumdevēja gribu, un ar privāto gribu saistīta līgumiskā pirmpirkuma tiesība. Šī darba ietvaros tiek pētīta tieši līgumiskā jeb pielīgtā pirmpirkuma tiesība.
