Increased acidophilia of eosinophil granules after EDTA treatment

The acidophilic reaction of eosinophil leucocyte granules from human, pig and horse blood smears was investigated by using May-Grünwald-Giemsa staining after previous treatment with EDTA and sodium citrate solutions. The same peak at 530 nm, but absorption values considerably higher than those of controls, were found in eosinophil granules after application of chelating agents, indicating that removal of metal cations could unmask basic groups in these structures.

Viens no būtiskākajiem darba mērķiem bija rast atbildi jautājumam par to, vai un kā konkrētie rīki var paplašināt šo tehniku pieejamību un veicināt to izmantošanu lietojumprogrammatūru izstrādē. Tīmeklī bāzēta kontu pārvaldības sistēma

Šī kvalifikācijas darba objekts ir tīmeklī bāzēta kontu pārvaldības sistēma. Tas ir prototips, kura mērķis ir ļaut izveidot kontus, piešķirt licences un pieslēgties sistēmai. Sistēmai jāspēj šīs darbības reģistrēt datu bāzē. Lietotāju saskarne ar sistēmu ir pieejama no tīmekļa. Servera puses izstrādei tika izvēlēta Go programēšanas valoda. Šī valoda tika izvēlēta, lai pārbaudītu Go piemērotību lietotāju kontu pārvaldības sistēmas servera puses loģikas realizācijai. Darba izstrādes laikā tika konstatēts, ka Go valoda ir labi piemērota šim uzdevumam.
Electrochromic Performances of Poly(Azure A) Films from Digital Video-Electrochemistry (DVEC)

Poly(Azure A) (PAA) films doped with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) were grown on transparent indium tin oxide (ITO) glass substrates by cyclic voltammetry. The electrochromism of PAA was investigated by digital video-electrochemistry (DVEC). DVEC consists of the acquisition of sequential digital images during the electro-stimulated changes of PAA color. The evolution of red, green, and blue (R, G, B) colors intensity (I) of analyzed pixels provides enough sensitivity to detect changes of some nmol cm−2 of electroactive centers. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt pieejamos Azure mākoņvides resursus datu integrācijai, kā arī, salīdzināt izveidotās datu integrācijas diviem scenārijiem - virtuālai datu integrācijai un datu noliktavas datu integrācijai, pēc pieciem laba mākoņrisinājuma dizaina principiem. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izveidoti divi autora izdomāti scenāriji, abiem datu integrācijas arhitektūras veidiem, kuriem darba autors veidoja datu integrāciju risinājumus izmantojot Azure piedāvātos resursus. Wartością trwałą i niezmienną, na którą wskazuje Janusz Franciszek Mazurek, jest ludzka godność. Mazurek jest przedstawicielem szkoły lubelskiej, który z pojęcia godności uczynił centralny temat swojej naukowej refleksji. Jest to dla niego wartość ontyczna człowieka, która staje się normą odniesienia w ocenie wszelkich działań człowieka i względem niego. Omawiając tę problematykę, odnosi się do szerokiej perspektywy, sięgając m.in. do dokumentów międzynarodowych, myśli filozoficznej czy katolickiej nauki społecznej.

Pilvipalveluiden käyttö ohjelmissa on lisääntynyt, sillä niiden avulla voidaan tarjota uusia ominaisuuksia suhteellisen pienellä vaivalla. GDPR sets requirements for processing EU citizens’ personal data regardless of the physical location of the organisation processing the data. Over 40 percent of European organisations are using Office 365.
