International audience; Drought and salinity are two frequently combined abiotic stresses that affect plant growth, development, and crop productivity. Sulfate, and molecules derived from this anion such as glutathione, play important roles in the intrinsic responses of plants to such abiotic stresses. Up to 80% of individuals with myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) will develop cardiac abnormalities at some point during the progression of their disease, the most common of which is heart blockage of varying degrees. Geostatistical computing of acoustic maps in the presence of barriers

Acoustic maps are the main diagnostic tools used by authorities for addressing the growing problem of urban acoustic contamination. Geostatistics models phenomena with spatial variation, but restricted to homogeneous prediction regions. The presence of barriers such as buildings introduces discontinuities in prediction areas. In this paper we investigate how to incorporate information of a geographical nature into the process of geostatistical prediction. In addition, we study the use of a Cost-Based distance to quantify the correlation between locations.

Mialģiskais encefalomielīts jeb hroniskā noguruma sindroms ir augsti heterogēna slimība ar nezināmu etiopatoģenēzi. Aktuāla ir nepieciešamība pēc ME/CFS biomarķieru atklāšanas un pacientu stratifikācijas. Iespējams, ME/CFS iedalījums varētu būt ar infekciju saistīta saslimšana. Tādēļ šajā darbā tika pārbaudīta B19 infekcijas marķieru klātbūtne un aktivīna B, potenciālā biomarķiera, koncentrācija ME/CFS pacientiem.
