Density of States evaluation of Molybdenum Oxide for c-Si solar cell
Silicon-based heterojunction technology (HJT) is one of the most promising candidates for high performance and low cost solar cells with world-record efficiency close to 27% in IBC architecture. The HJT exploits the excellent passivation properties of hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H); although, the use of doped a-Si:H has drawbacks such as parasitic absorption and low-thermal budget to cope with back-end metallization. Replacing the p-type a-Si:H with molybdenum oxide (MoOx) is a viable alternative. Optimizing this hole-selective layer is needed; however information on the defect density of states (DOS), linked to oxygen vacancies is still lacking.

Tergal glands are found at the anterior margin of tergites 6-10 and posterior sternal glands (PSGs) are located at the anterior margin of sternites 6-7. The cytological features of both types of glands are quite similar. The fine structural organization of PSGs is studied more precisely and described for the first time. Reverse subdivision consists in constructing a coarse mesh of a model from a finer mesh of this same model. In this paper, we give formulas for reverse Catmull-Clark subdivision. These formulas allow the constructing of a coarse mesh for almost all meshes. The condition for being able to apply these formulas is that the mesh to be reversed must be generated by the subdivision of a coarse mesh. Except for this condition, the mesh can be arbitrary. Vertices can be regular or extraordinary and the mesh itself can be arbitrary (triangular, quadrilateral…).

Few studies have characterized the specific paleoredox conditions (manganous, ferruginous, euxinic) and their frequency in southern Baltic sub-basins during these ancient events.
