Master's thesis in Business administration (BE501) Studien vår adresserer endringer i praksis og prestasjon i skandinaviske styrer som følge av covid-19 i perioden mars 2020 til og med april 2021. Studien vår bygger på kvalitative intervjuer med styremedlemmer, styreledere og daglig ledere. Intervjuobjektene var underlagt covid-restriksjoner da intervjuene ble gjennomført i februar, mars og april 2021. Utgangspunktet for valg av case-bedrifter var virksomheter med spesielt erfarne styreledere, som hadde fem eller flere styreverv, samtstyrer som var sterkt påvirket av covid-krisen. Studien bidrar med økt forståelse for hvordan styrets praksis og prestasjon påvirkes av covid-19.

Master's thesis Business Administration BE501 - University of Agder 2019 The purpose of this master thesis is to examine the accountants’ perception of their roles and how digitalization influences them. This is an exploratory study of Norwegian accountants, where we have collected primary data from 13 accounting firms using semi-structured interviews. Our findings indicate there is a limited understanding of digitalization among the respondents, and most of the firms are in the early stage of digitalization meaning that they experience with how to make use of the new technical possibilities coming along with digitalization. Masteroppgave i økonomi og administrasjon - Universitetet i Agder 2009 I denne oppgave har jeg analysert kostnadene ved børsnotering på Oslo Børs i perioden 1998-2008. Utvalget mitt består av 62 selskaper innfor et vidt spekter av sektorer. Jeg finner at den indirekte kostnaden, målt ved underprisingen er betraktelig mindre i Norge enn i undersøkelser funnet i andre land. Underprisingen er også lavere enn tideligere sammenlignbare norske undersøkelser. De direkte kostnadene ved børsintroduksjon er betraktelig høyere enn funn i andre land. Underprisingen i mitt utvalg ligger på 6,1% målt som første dags markedsjustert avkastning, mens den gjennomsnittlige direkte kostnad for en børsintroduks…
