Masteroppgave i økonomi og administrasjon - Universitetet i Agder 2009 Vi har lenge hatt et konsept rundt studentboliger som vi ønsker å videreutvikle. Vi ville ta utgangspunkt i studentenes preferanser, for så å kunne utvikle et produkt som faller så nærme deres ønsker som mulig. Vi startet oppgaven med å gjennomføre en kvalitativ undersøkelse av fire studenter som har forskjellig type bosituasjon. Etter vi hadde gjennomført disse intervjuene, utviklet vi hypotesene våre. Deretter gjennomførte vi en kvantitativ undersøkelse, for å kunne avdekke studentenes ønsker. Vi avdekket blant annet at kun 14,4 % av studentene ved UiA eide egen leilighet. It shows that MFI rating is an important tool in achieving transparency. The study attempts to determine the relationship between social and financial indicators and the MFI rating grade. These indicators are chosen based on previous studies on ratings and microfinance. The data comes from ratings reports performed by five major MFI rating agencies: MicroRate, Planet Rating, Microfinanza, Crisil and M-Cril. Tidligere forskning har sjeldent fokusert på studenters fylkesbakgrunn, det å være tilflytter kontra hjemmehørende ved et studiested og samtidig målt fullføringsgraden hos gruppene mot hverandre. Jeg ønsker deretter å se om disse faktorene kan brukes til å predikere fremtidig boligstruktur. I oppgaven beskriver jeg en boligstruktur modell for en monosentrisk by. Denne modellen er utgangspunktet for mine antakelser i oppgaven og hypotesene jeg tester.
