Master's thesis in Business administration (BE501) I denne masteroppgaven er det gjennomført en samfunnsøkonomisk analyse av AKT Svipp, som er en ny samkjøringstjeneste fra Agder kollektivtrafikk (AKT). Vi har vurdert nytten til tiltaket opp mot kostnaden, og sammenlignet det med nullalternativet som representerer situasjonen der tiltaket ikke eksisterer. Innen samfunnsøkonomiske analyser stilles det strenge krav til kvaliteten ved prosessene rundt samfunnsprosjekter, som har gjort at staten har utarbeidet en veileder de krever man skal følge. Master's thesis in Business administration (BE501) This thesis studies the reasoning of crowdinvestors when they invest in equity crowdfunding campaigns. The focus is placed on the Norwegian crowd investors who invest through a Norwegian equity crowdfunding platform, FolkeInvest. The research starts by understanding the crowdfunding market, the types of crowd investors, and criteria of investment presented by literature of crowd investors and business angels. The literature presents a lack in crowd investors’ perspective on their investment criteria, which this thesis can reveal.

Tests and analysis are performed using a dataset of national accounts from the rich database of The Penn World Tables version 9.0 and the statistical software Stata 15.1. Two sample selections are performed, with observations for 101 and 53 countries from 1970 to 2014. Vårt datamateriale består av totalt 1.724 salgstransaksjoner som strekker seg fra 1.januar 2007 til 31.desember 2016. Alle transaksjoner er hentet fra Eiendomsverdi.
