The trabecular architecture and bone mass distribution of each bone follows biomechanical principles and is an adaption to the stress exhibited during lifetime. In patients with osteoporosis, the bone mass decreases and the bone microarchitecture changes. A distinct bone mass distribution in non-osteoporotic and osteoporotic individuals is demonstrated using statistical modelling in the sacrum. The authors studied the sacral bone mass distribution using a 3D statistical model based on clinical CT scans of 92 Europeans. Artykuł przedstawia wyniki pilotażowych badań eksploracyjnych, których celem było rozpoznanie różnic występujących pomiędzy udziałem trzech kultur w procesach uczenia się w obszarach hominizacji człowieka dorosłego. W związku z czym przedmiotem badań jest międzypokoleniowe uczenie się rozpatrywane w kontekście poszczególnych wymiarów egzystencji. The purpose of this paper is to present selected aspects of the relationship between the father’s absence and children’s well‑being. The article discusses the consequences of the father’s absence in the family, including the impoverishment of the family, children’s evaluation of their fathers, the health of mothers and newborn infants, lawbreaking by grown‑up children, teenage pregnancy, violence towards children, alcohol abuse, drugs, and school problems. It was found that fathers play an important role in children’s lives and their absence has a negative impact on their well‑being.

Our objective was to analyse the association between muscle performance and different disease activity levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Method A total of 199 consecutive outpatients were subject to cross-sectional assessment.
