The book analyses the voting right in the Italian constitutional system, with special reference to the concepts of and “personality”, "equality", “freedom” and "secrecy" of the just mentioned right (art. 48 It. Const.). The analysis moves from the different theoretical approaches to the concept of the main political right and illustrates the works of Constituent Assembly on the subject. Finally it investigates thoroughly the most relevant judgments of the Constitutional Court concerning the electoral law, but also affecting the concept of “national representation” (Art. 67 It. Const.) and of the role of political parties (art. 49 It. Const.).

Napisania niniejszego artykułu podjęto się z uwagi na istniejący od czasu wprowadzenia ustawy o dozorze elektronicznym (2007 r.) problem stosowania kary pozbawienia wolności w systemie dozoru elektronicznego w praktyce. W Polsce z systemu dozoru elektronicznego korzysta obecnie jedynie około 30% całkowitej przewidzianej do odbywania kary w ten sposób liczby skazanych. Pomimo funkcjonowania od 12 lat ustawa wciąż wymaga poprawek. Za podstawowe dwa problemy uznaje się dużą liczbę odrzuconych wniosków o zastosowanie dozoru elektronicznego (w tym również umorzonych postępowań) oraz wnioskowy charakter tego systemu. Automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B) is a key air surveillance technology and a critical component of next-generation air transportation systems. It significantly simplifies aircraft surveillance technology and improves airborne traffic situational awareness. Many types of mobile cockpit information systems (MCISs) are based on ADS-B technology. MCIS gives pilots the flight and traffic-related information they need. MCIS has two parts: an ADS-B transceiver and an electronic flight bag (EFB) application.
