ON SOME GENERALIZATION OF SMOOTHING PROBLEMS

The paper deals with the generalized smoothing problem in abstract Hilbert spaces. This generalized problem involves particular cases such as the interpolating problem, the smoothing problem with weights, the smoothing problem with obstacles, the problem on splines in convex sets and others. The theorem on the existence and characterization of a solution of the generalized problem is proved. It is shown how the theorem gives already known theorems in special cases as well as some new results.

Since the end of the 20th century, the inviolability of home is acknowledged as a fundamentalfreedom established by the Constitutional Council of French Republic and protected by the European convention of protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms. This value is explained by its real object of protection : the resident of the home. This freedom forbids anyone's intrusions at the domicile against the resident´s will, particularly arbitrary intrusions of state servants. The purpose of this paper is to form a preliminary hypothesis about how to identify characteristics that a leader needs to focus on when aiming at cyber-security leadership. The paper studies the key concepts and terms of cyber security and presents the physical world and the cyber world framework. The paper refers to a system model of a society and uses that model to analyze the results of two limited media surveys about cyber-related newspaper articles. Tutkimuksessa arvioidaan kahden julkisen sektorin organisaation kyberammatillisen osaamisen nykyisiä ja lähitulevaisuuden tarpeita. Tutkimuksen kohdeorganisaatioissa kyberammatillinen osaaminen liittyy vahvasti niiden ydintoimintoihin. Kyberammatillista osaamista tarkastellaan NCWF-viitekehyksen kategorioiden ja eritysalueiden kautta. Viitekehyksen luokittelujen perusteella laaditaan organisaatiokohtainen ydinkompetenssiesitys organisaatio-osaamisen näkökulmasta.
