Tämän tutkielman aiheena on sosiaalinen manipulointi, tietoturvan ihmiselementti ja sen huomioon ottaminen ja hyökkäysten ehkäiseminen yrityksen tai organisaation tietoturvassa. Sosiaalisella manipuloinnilla tarkoitetaan tutkielman kontekstissa tietojärjestelmän käyttäjiin kohdistuvaa manipulointia, jonka tavoitteena on informaation keruu tai tietojärjestelmään murtautuminen. Aihetta on tärkeää tutkia, sillä useat tietoturva-asiantuntijat ovat yhtä mieltä siitä, että merkittävin tietojärjestelmän tietoturvauhka on sen käyttäjät ja heidän tietoturvallisuuden näkökulmasta tekemät inhimilliset erehdykset. Claude-Louis Berthollet (1748-1822) was one of the greatest French chemists of the eighteenth and the first 20 years of the nineteenth century. His life and scientific achievements were described in the literature published between the 19th and 21st centuries in different countries. The purpose of this article was to familiarize readers with the important events in the life of C.-L. Berthollet and his research activities, in particular some of his experimental research results, as well as his selected publications. In addition, the names of authors of biographies or biographical notes about Claude-Louis Berthollet, published in 1823-2018 were presented.

Resumen Este artículo analiza las concepciones sobre la libertad de expresión en el caso del lenguaje del odio, centrándose en algunos aspectos de la perspectiva norteamericana y en algunos aspectos de la perspectiva alemana. El primer modelo está basado en la libertad negativa y se corresponde con la visión del mercado de las ideas que ha elaborado la jurisprudencia de la Corte Suprema norteamericana. Este Tribunal ha otorgado una papel prioritario a la libertad de expresión, que debería limitarse sólo en casos de un peligro claro y presente o amenaza de desordenes públicos.
