This thesis focuses on Michel Foucault’s thought of resistance. There is a dual idea: on the one hand, to offer a critical and systematic study of the Foucaldian use of resistance, in order to shed light on the important analyses, theses and concepts of his work; on the other hand, to understand how Foucault renews the thought of resistance in his contemporary context, and in an explicit or implicit discussion with Marxism, Sartre, Deleuze or the Frankfurt School. Mikäli lajit kilpailevat samoista resursseista, runsaat kuhaistutukset tai kuhan luonnollinen yleistyminen voivat vaikuttaa negatiivisesti hauen menestykseen. At the end of the 19th century, the city of Palermo boasted a tradition of steel elements that could include the most beautiful railings and light steel structures of the time. The paper shows how the technological, formal and spatial aspects of the metallic construction was derived by the application of Central Europe areas examples to the local reality, providing notions on designs, experimentations and originalities. As the core part of next-generation air transportation systems, the Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) is becoming very popular. However, many (if not most) ADS-B devices and implementations support and rely on Garmin’s GDL-90 protocol for data exchange and encapsulation. In this paper, we research GDL-90 protocol fuzzing options and demonstrate practical Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks on popular Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) software operating on mobile devices. El reconocimiento pleno de derechos laborales a toda manifestación del trabajo sexual, incluida la prostitución, resulta plenamente necesario para la tutela no discriminatoria de las personas que, por necesidades económicas, decida ejercer libremente la prostitución. Los tribunales laborales españoles no responden, en este punto, a la lógica tuitiva del derecho del trabajo e ignoran la vulnerabilidad a la que dejan expuesta a las trabajadoras sexuales.
