Modifying auditory perception with prisms? Aftereffects of prism adaptation on a wide auditory spectrum in musicians and nonmusicians

Prism adaptation consists of pointing to visual targets while wearing prisms that shift the visual field laterally. The aftereffects are not restricted to sensorimotor level but extend to spatial cognition. There is a link between spatial representation and auditory frequency, with an association of low frequencies on the left side and high frequencies on the right side of space. Este trabajo incluye una revisión de la literatura existente sobre intervenciones en musicoterapia en personas con Trastorno de Espectro Autista (TEA) con el objetivo de analizar el grado de efectividad de estas intervenciones. Para llevar a cabo esta revisión, se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica en las bases de datos pertinentes, y considerando los criterios de inclusión delimitados se incluyeron un total de 18 estudios, cuyos resultados han sido analizados. This volume contains a selection of the papers presented at the 11<sup>th</sup> International Symposium on Cognition, Logic and Communication which took place in Riga, at the University of Latvia on December 10-11 2015. The choice of topic reflected a growing understanding in the community of linguists and cognitive scientists that fundamental grammatical features of language, in particular the mass/count distinction, use of number words, and plurality, reflect our grasp of non-linguistic numerical operations, in particular individuation and measurement.
Motivational climate, approach-avoidance achievement goals and well-being in young soccer players

Tests based on achievement goal theory (dichotomous model, Nicholls, 1989; and 2 a 2 model, Elliot and McGregor, 2001) were conducted on a model to analyse the hypothesised relationships between perceived motivational climate, perceived competence, approach and avoidance (mastery and performance) goals, and positive well-being indices (i. e., life satisfaction and self-esteem). A total of 370 young male soccer players between the ages of 12 and 16 took part in the study (M=14.77). Relation between Psychological Time and Physical Time
Recent physical research on time suggests that time is not a physical reality in which humans perceive changes. Time measured with clocks is merely a numerical sequence of changes that takes place in quantum vacuum. Humans experience this constant flow of numerical sequence of change in the frame of psychological time, i.e. “past-present-future”.
