Continuous innovation has become a key to gaining a sustainable competitive advantage for organizations in the 21st century. By focusing on the underlying mechanisms (i.e., mindfulness and work engagement) by which it works, this study addresses the quality of leader–member relationships and their relevance for innovation in the workplace. Rywalizacja i wykluczenie a postulaty transportowe - przykłady oddziaływań

W artykule zawarto teoretyczne rozważania dotyczące oceny zależności pomiędzy poziomami rywalizacji i wykluczenia, cechującymi elementy systemu transportowego, a spełnianiem postulatów transportowych stawianych przez użytkowników transportu osobowego. Przedstawiono przykłady różnych rodzajów dóbr tworzących systemy transportowe oraz możliwe oddziaływanie poziomów rywalizacji i wykluczenia na zaspokojenie oczekiwań użytkowników transportu.
