Krimināllikuma 102.pants paredz kriminālatbildību par noziedzīgiem nodarījumiem pret dabas vidi, taču praksē nākas saskarties ar problēmām noziedzīga nodarījuma sastāva kvalifikācijā. Vainīgās personas netiek sauktas pie kriminālatbildības, kā arī nav iespējams pierādīt personas vainu izdarītajā nodarījumā. Darbā tiek izstrādāti priekšlikumi likumdošanas pilnveidei ar mērķi izstrādāt vienotus kritērijus pēc kuriem būtu iespējams noteikt un paredzēt kaitīgo seku iestāšanos saistībā ar ūdens piesārņojumu, novēršot gadījumus, kad vainīgās personas netiek sauktas pie kriminālatbildības, jo nav iespējams konstatēt noziedzīga nodarījuma sastāvu. In this paper we propose a new mobility model that uses sea transports for systematic and occasional users, tourists, etc.., which must reach the airports of Palermo and Trapani. In particular fast ferries, even with their operational limitations, can be used for quick links designed for the mobility demand that interests the airports of Western Sicily. The Norwegian authorities started a nationwide free school fruit program in 2007, implemented in all secondary schools (grades 8–10) and combined schools (grades 1–10) in Norway. The program ended in 2014. This study evaluates the effect of ending the nationwide free school fruit program on the consumption of fruit, vegetables, and unhealthy snacks among Norwegian sixth and seventh graders. The study sample consists of pupils at 18 schools that participated in all data collections in the Fruits and Vegetables Make the Marks project (FVMM), initiated in 2001, with new data collections in 2008 and 2018. W 2000 r. w Polsce rozpoczął się proces regionalizacji kolei. Odpowiedzialność za przewozy wojewódzkie przeniesiono na samorządy wojewódzkie. Przedmiotem badania były powiązania międzywojewódzkie pociągami osobowymi Wielkopolski i 7 województw ościennych (razem 33 trasy). Na 15 z nich prowadzone są przewozy pasażerskie. Liczba połączeń jest zróżnicowana. Wittgenstein's theories offer the starting point for looking at the socio-political implications of the language spoken by the institutions in the various historical phases: the communication system with which they relate to the outside world is functional in conveying the sense and scope of their action, building a precise relationship with public opinion. Starting from this assumption, the contribution takes into consideration some aspects of the recent practice of the Constitutional Court, with particular regard to press releases, and proposes an interpretation of the communication breakthrough pursued in recent years, relating it to the exercise of the function of warranty.
Effects of rehabilitative psychotherapy on labour market success: Evaluation of a nationwide programme

Aims: Psychotherapy is a widely used treatment for mental disorders, but whether it also improves employment and other labour market outcomes remains inconclusive. This study examined the effectiveness of a nationwide subsidized psychotherapy programme using extensive register-based data. Methods: The sample consisted of individuals who applied for rehabilitative psychotherapy in Finland in 2009–2012 ( n = 35,083). Prior to 2011, some applications were rejected due to the limited budget that the central government provided for the programme. From 2011, all eligible applicants were granted rehabilitation.
