Cet article propose une synthèse des études menées sur l’évolution des pratiques de GRH des établissements d’hospitalisation notamment britanniques. Celles-ci mettent en exergue l’existence d'une pression de la part des gouvernements pour l’adoption de normes managériales dominantes dans le monde des affaires conformément aux principes du New Public Management. Cependant, si l’homogénéité des décisions des dirigeants, qui adoptent le modèle de GRH « individualisant », est perceptible, ce n’est pas le cas de la réalité des pratiques. The Latin American journals of psychology indexed in the Journal of Citation Reports (JCR), are generally edited by professional associations of psychologists, universities and private foundations. This paper analyzes the positioning strategy adopted by the Professional Association of Psychologists of Madrid, regarding the psychological journals in the area in which they edit. SRC1: an intron-containing yeast gene involved in sister chromatid segregation

Analysis of a three-member gene family in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae has allowed the discovery of a new gene that comprises two contiguous open reading frames previously annotated as YML034w and YML033w. The gene contains a small intron with two alternative 5′ splicing sites. It is specifically transcribed during G2/M in the cell cycle and after several hours of meiosis induction. Splicing of the mRNA is partially dependent on NAM8 but does not vary during meiosis or the cell cycle. Deletion of the gene induces a shortening of the anaphase and aggravates the phenotype of scc1 and esp1 conditional mutants, which suggests a direct role of the protein in sister chromatid separation. One of the main characteristics of rural areas is a higher quality of life. However, the basic aspects of the social structure, e.g. the basic education and health-care services, are barely responsible for the wellbeing of the society, although the necessity of improving their offer is continually emphasised.
