Education systems in Francophone African countries are undergoing major reforms, consequence of the international commitment to achieve Universal Primary Education (UPE) by 2015. Teachers' recruitment is among the most important reforms for at least two reasons: first, various researches presented it as necessary otherwise UPE will not be achieved; second, the alternative policy proposed is unpopular as new teachers are recruited with lower qualification, receive lower salaries and have a less secure job position. African countries' political arena is witnessing major changes due to the involvement of new political actors in the public policy making process (donors, political parties, civil society). In the past, the formulation of policies was a reflection of the central authority's will. Nowadays, governments are confronted with more resistance when adopting reforms. This paper laborates a model that describes the policy process in African countries and shows how new actors can influence the designing of the reform to their advantage. En esta tesis doctoral se realizaron estudios computacionales para las enzimas caspasa-1 y la 3CLpro del SARS-CoV-2. Estas enzimas pertenecen a la familia de las cisteína proteasas, las cuales hidrolizan sus respectivos sustratos rompiendo un enlace peptídico en particular. En esta reacción interviene una diada catalítica conformada por un par Cis-His. La caspasa-1 fue seleccionada debido a su importancia farmacológica en la enfermedad de Alzheimer, y la enzima 3CLpro del SARS-CoV-2 por estar involucrada en el proceso de replicación del virus responsable de la enfermedad del COVID-19. W artykule skoncentrowano się na tradycjach budowy i przestrzennej formie miast w Afryce Subsaharyjskiej w okresie przedkolonialnym oraz na przeobrażeniach miast afrykańskich, które dokonały się w czasach kolonialnych. Przypomniano najstarsze, rozwijające się przed naszą erą cywilizacje miejskie Afryki, jak Aksum i Meroe, a następnie sięgające czasów średniowiecza Wielkie Zimbabwe na południu Afryki oraz Timbuktu i Djenne w Afryce Zachodniej. Omówiono różne układy przestrzenne występujące w miastach na południe od Sahary.
