AbstractLEE-encoded effector EspF (EspF) is an effector protein part of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli’s (EPEC’s) arsenal for intestinal infection. This intrinsically disordered protein contains three highly conserved repeats which together compose over half of the protein’s complete amino acid sequence. EPEC uses EspF to hijack host proteins in order to promote infection. In the attack EspF is translocated, together with other effector proteins, to host cell via type III secretion system. Inside host EspF stimulates actin polymerization by interacting with Neural Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein (N-WASP), a regulator in actin polymerization machinery. A una muestra de 192 sujetos se le aplico el cuestionario SAVRY –Structured Assessment of Violence Risk in Youth–, con el objetivo de analizar la asociacion entre el riesgo de reincidencia en delitos violentos y el consumo y abstinencia de drogas. We introduce the notion of reverse-safe data structures. These are data structures that prevent the reconstruction of the data they encode (i.e., they cannot be easily reversed). A data structure D is called z-reverse-safe when there exist at least z datasets with the same set of answers as the ones stored by D. The main challenge is to ensure that D stores as many answers to useful queries as possible, is constructed efficiently, and has size close to the size of the original dataset it encodes. Distribution of computation is well-known, and there are several frameworks, including some formal frameworks, that capture distributed computation. As yet, however, models of distributed computation are based on the idea that data is conceptually centralized. That is, they assume that data, even if it is distributed, is consistent.
