New tailor-made bio-organoclays for the remediation of olive mill waste water

A systematic study aimed at obtaining new organoclays for the treatment of Olive Mill Waste water (OMW) has been performed. Several organoclays have been prepared by loading different amounts of the biocompatible surfactant Tween20 onto the K10 montmorillonite (MMT). Complementary kinetic and equilibrium studies on the adsorption of the Tween20 onto the MMT have been carried out and the characterization of the new tailor-made bio-materials has been performed by means of the XRD and FT-IR measurements. The essay takes a critical look at part of the extensive research on the Mediterranean landscape conducted by the authors, particularly on the architecture of the quarry landscape in Sicily. The case study investigated concerns the island of Favignana and the complex relationship that the quarry landscape has represented in the relations between this island of the Egadi archipelago and the Mediterranean basin. L'accollo del debito d'imposta e il "nuovo" divieto di compensazione

L’art. 1 del D.L. n. 124/2019 introduce una deroga alla regola generale in tema di compensazione dell’obbligazione tributaria contenuta nell’art. 8, comma 1, dello Statuto dei diritti del contribuente, con significative conseguenze sul complessivo assetto dell’istituto dell’accollo. Al regime precedente si affianca una nuova disciplina, da applicare soltanto nel caso in cui l’accollante violi il divieto di compensare il debito accollato con crediti propri.
