The paper attempts to answer, whether it is possible for successful artists in one specific sector to access the domain of another artistic field at their free will. In doing so, this contribution analyses the possible existence of borders and gatekeepers between different art worlds. The aim is not just finding or defining boundaries between art fields, but rather understanding, if boundaries can be pierced through, as well as the conditions that might hinder acceptance. La deleción de los exones 45 al 55 en el gen DMD (del45-55) se ha postulado como un interesante modelo terapéutico, mediante el que se podrían beneficiar hasta 60% de pacientes con distrofia muscular de Duchenne. Sin embargo, ésta se expresa con una gran variabilidad clínica, observando sujetos asintomáticos, mientras que otros presentan debilidad muscular, así como alteraciones cardiacas severas. Artikkelissa esittelemme kahden Adolf von Beckerin nimiin signeeratun Ateljeessa-teoksen tutkimusta taidehistorian, maalaustekniikan ja materiaalitutkimuksen näkökulmista. Samalla pyrimme tuomaan esiin mitä uutta moniammatillinen yhteistyö ja luonnontieteessä käytetyt menetelmät on tuoneet taideteosten tutkimukseen. Tutkimuksessa voitiin osoittaa, että toinen teoksista on alkuperäinen ja toinen on kopio siitä. Kopion maalaajaksi osoittautui Hilda Granstedt.
