The micro-macro link is a central issue of human movement sciences because it directly refers to coordination and scalability of movement behaviour at different levels of analysis in a complex system. This feature of complexity is a key feature to consider decisions and actions as transitional behaviours at different levels during performance. Transitions expressed through bifurcations are an important part of a universal decisionmaking process. Abstract University students with disabilities engage in physical activity to a lesser extent than their able-bodied peers, with women reporting less physical activity than men. The present study aimed to examine gender differences in theory-based predictors of physical activity in this population. Spanish university students with different disabilities (n = 1076) completed measures of the Theory of Planned Behaviour constructs and the reduced Spanish version of the Barriers to Physical Activity Questionnaire for People with Mobility Impairments. Artykuł oscyluje wokół zagadnienia skargowości skazanych, głównie tej w wymiarze instrumentalnym. Stosując sondaż diagnostyczny, opracowano trzy narzędzia badawcze. Dzięki temu zgromadzono informacje na temat przedmiotu skarg oraz przyczyn ich tworzenia. Celem badań było wypracowanie optymalnych działań mogących przyczynić się do minimalizacji zjawiska tworzenia skarg o charakterze instrumentalnym. W ostatniej części zawarto egzemplifikacje dla praktyki penitencjarnej, wskazując kierunki pracy ze skazanymi, zwłaszcza tworzącymi skargi pozbawione wartości merytorycznej. Ponadto przedłożono prawidłowości mogące przyczynić się do wskazania niespójności przepisów prawa z praktyką penitencjarną.

Video games as a consumer product have changed significantly with the advent of in-game purchasing systems (e.g., microtransactions, ‘loot boxes’). This review examines consumer protections related to in-game purchasing by anticipating some of the potential design strategies that might contribute to higher risk consumer behavior. Attention was directed towards the analysis of patents for potential in-game purchasing systems, with 13 identified on Google Patents. The design features were analysed in relation to the consumer rights and guarantees described in the terms of use agreements of the patent assignees. A gentle long-lasting handling produces persistent neurochemical and behavioural changes and attenuates the impairment in the behavioural reactivity to novelty induced by the prenatal exposure to diazepam (DZ) in adult male rat progeny.
