The paper presents the results of a characterization of kinetic characteristics of pozzolanic reaction with the aim to investigate the time-dependent modification of clay properties as a consequence of mixing with lime. Results of chemical analyses are in agreement with the increase of mechanical properties and with the observed microstructure modifications up to one year of curing time. The rate of development of pozzolanic reactions seems to be almost constant while the time required for their completion is dependent on the lime content. On the basis of an extensive literature review of the principal theories that explain consumer dissatisfaction, we try to analyse the effect of a set of cognitive and affective variables on dissatisfaction. Cognitive variables examined were performance, expectations, disconfirmation, causal attributions and inequity. Negative affects were considered as emotional variables. We developed an empirical research to examine customer dissatisfaction with restaurants. Several studies suggest that pregnancy can reduce ethanol preference and consumption in rats and mice when self-administration starts early during pregnancy (Randall et al., 1980; Means and Goy, 1982). Our first aim was to explore the effect of pregnancy on long-term habit to ethanol, in female rats subjected to 12-week continuous or intermittent (3 days/week) access to 20% ethanol; they were named CARs and IARs respectively.
