Many cultural groups are chronologically and geographically defined (Rhône-Ouvèze, Fontbouisse, Vérazien...) and the origin of the Beakers phenomenon seems clearly foreign in this context. Nella sintesi proposta si delinea la riflessione alla base del laboratorio di Laurea incentrato sul recupero della ex strada ferrata che conneteva i Centri della valle del Belice. Il tracciato preso in considerazione, commentato da sette tesi di laurea, ha inizio a Gibellina Nuova e si conclude al santuario di Madonna delle Grazie, a pochi chilometri dal Cretto di Alberto Burri.

The CRISPR-Cas9 system is a powerful and yet precise DNA-editing tool in rapid development. By combining immunogold labeling and electron microscopy with the novel CRISPR-Cas9 system, we propose a new method to gain insight into the biology of this tool. In this study, we analyzed different Cas9-induced systems such as HEK293T cell line, murine oligodendrocyte progenitor cells, brain and liver to detect Cas9 expression by immunoelectron microscopy. One new coumarin, 8-hydroxymethylpsoralen (1), was isolated from the dried leaves of Cachrys sicula L. along with the known coumarins sprengelianin (2) and (RS)-oxypeucedanin (3). The structure of the new compound was elucidated on the basis of NMR and ESI-MS spectral analysis.
