Sporting Activities and Quality of Life in Children With Hemophilia: An Observational Study.

Sports activities are part of multidisciplinary treatments in people with hemophilia. Aim: The objective of this study was to assess the incidence of sports activities in the quality of life as perceived by children with hemophilia. Methods: A total of 53 children with hemophilia aged 7 to 13 years and 51 children without hemophilia were evaluated. The perception of quality of life, clinical variables, and the frequency of sports activities were registered. The joint condition of patients with hemophilia was measured with the Spanish version of the Haemophilia Joint Health Score. Resumen En el presente trabajo se analizan los beneficios de un programa grupal de tratamiento no farmacológico realizado por la Asociación Española contra el Cáncer en Galicia (España). Se analizaron 14 ediciones del programa en las que participaron 361 mujeres con cáncer de edades comprendidas entre los 33 y los 82 años. Se adoptó un diseño descriptivo de carácter etnográfico triangulando las técnicas de análisis y las fuentes de recogida de datos por medio de un cuestionario de satisfacción, 32 entrevistas en profundidad y un grupo de discusión con profesionales. ResumenNumerosas empresas minoristas han decidido crear tiendas virtuales como alternativa a la tienda física. El presente trabajo pretende analizar los factores que influyen en esta decisión estratégica y su impacto sobre los resultados del negocio entre los principales minoristas del Reino Unido, Francia y España. A partir de una regresión binaria y del análisis de la varianza, los resultados muestran que la adopción del comercio electrónico por el minorista es afectada por el tamaño de la empresa, el tipo de bien comercializado y el país donde se ubica el establecimiento. La deducción para madres trabajadoras: un análisis mediante microsimulación

Entre las principales novedades fiscales que ha experimentado el IRPF en los últimos años destaca la deducción por maternidad, que beneficia a las madres con hijos menores de 3 años que trabajan fuera del hogar. Es una medida que pretende fomentar la incorporación de la mujer al mercado de trabajo. En este sentido realizamos una evaluación de algunos impactos fiscales derivados de su introducción. Para ello planteamos un modelo teórico sobre costes y beneficios de la participación en el mercado de trabajo de la mujer casada, análisis que completamos haciendo uso de las técnicas de microsimulación. fuenmayo@uv.es; granell@uv.es higonf@uv.es
