The article approaches the educational potential of aesthetics and the arts by reviving the notion of Bildung and suggesting an interpretation that emphasizes both its social character and the role of artworks and other aesthetic expressions. Bildung is a dialogic process where human relationships are crucial both for the exchange and the birth of insights. Abstract In this essay, Kazuo Ishiguro’s “Bewilderment Trilogy” is read as a series of Bildungsromane that test the limits of that genre. In these thematically unrelated novels, characters reach critical points in their lives when they are confronted with the ways in which their respective childhoods have shaped their grownup expectations and professional careers. In each, the protagonist has a successful career, whether as a musician (The Unconsoled), a detective (When We Were Orphans), or a carer (Never Let Me Go), but finds it difficult to overcome childhood trauma. Klimt artwork: red-pigment material investigation by backscattering Fe-57 Mössbauer spectroscopy, SEM and p-XRF

Material tests were performed on a rediscovered Klimt-artwork "Trompetender Putto". We performed studies on the red colored spots, mainly taken from non-restored parts. MIMOS II Fe-57 Mossbauer spectroscopy (novelty in art-pigment analysis) mainly reveals haematite and crystallized goethite in red colors. Electron microscopy can identify various layers of the original and overpainting of an artwork. The number of layers fluctuates between three and four chemically painted areas. The portable X-ray fluorescence analysis enables to reduce the pigment list to containing mercury (cinnabar), lead, zinc, iron and titanium. Infrared-light-irradiation visualizes the different age of the pigments.

Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts darba tiesiskajās attiecībās un valsts civildienesta attiecībās esošie disciplinārsodi, to piemērošanas paradumi, kādas ir sekas izteiktam disciplinārsodam, ko tiesa vērtē gadījumos, kad ir izteikts disciplinārsods, un, kas ir tas, kam būtu jāpievērš uzmanība, izsakot disciplinārsodu. Autors sniegs arī savus priekšlikumus un ieteikumus, kas būtu jāiekļauj regulējumā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt cik ļoti šo divu jomu regulējumi atšķiras, un kāpēc ir nepieciešami divi dažādi regulējumi.
