As a great many technical operations are involved in the creation of pottery, it is often difficult to discover precisely in what order they were used in the "chaînes opératoires". The determination of the state of drying is an essential step in rediscovering the archaeological chaîne opératoire. An experimental method is developed to identify burnishing and polishing techniques. The states of drying can be identified by the study of experimental trace types and surface aspects. Precise differenciation on archaeological sherds between burnishing and polishing techniques then becomes possible. Le rapport "Notre avenir à tous" (1989) exprime, en définissant le « développement durable », un souci d’harmonisation des rapports entre les nations qui était déjà présent dans la charte (1945) des nations unies prônant, de son côté, la paix internationale. Ce rapport marque pourtant un tournant stratégique: l’invitation à un mode de vie partagé passe cette fois par un « retour à la nature ». Il semble que la nature y acquière la valeur d’un impératif urgent, tout en faisant problème. En effet, en lisant le rapport, on s’aperçoit que cet appel à la nature est loin d’être univoque. In questo articolo rispondo alle critiche e ai commenti alla mia ricostruzione della concezione del potere di Michel Foucault proposti da Bruno Celano, José Juan Moreso, Marco Segatti, Alessandro Spena. Mi concentro in particolare sui seguenti aspetti: la connessione fra la nozione foucaultiana di potere e il conflitto; la distinzione fra potere disciplinare, potere governamentale, e potere normativo; la concezione foucaultiana della libertà come autorialità; ciò che Foucault può suggerire riguardo ad alcune “macchie cieche” della teoria del diritto contemporanea.

Przedstawiono właściwości sorpcyjne węgla brunatnego pochodzącego z KWB Bełchatów w stosunku do wybranych barwników kwasowych (Acid Red 18, Acid Black 1, Acid Blue 9 oraz Acid Green 16) w roztworach wodnych. Wyznaczona w statycznych warunkach kontaktu faza stała-roztwór maksymalna pojemność sorpcyjna węgla w stosunku do wybranych barwników kwasowych mieściła się w zakresie 3,80-22,7 g/kg i rosła w szeregu AR-182). W wiązaniu barwników AR-18, AB-9 i ABk-1 odgrywała rolę adsorpcja jonowymienna (E>8 kJ/mol), przy czym jej udział w wiązaniu barwników był największy dla AR-18.
