Chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) is a serious and common complication of allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (alloHCT). The oral cavity is the second most common site affected by cGVHD. In 2014, the 2005 National Institutes of Health (NIH) consensus criteria were revised to address areas of controversy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical characteristics of oral cGVHD using the 2014 NIH consensus criteria. The baseline data of oral manifestation of patients, who were diagnosed with oral cGVHD, in the first dental visit were analyzed (n=22). Background: This article is motivated by the fact that most approaches to capital budgeting are deterministic. In reality, the capital budgeting problem is accompanied by the uncertainty and risk associated with dealing with imprecise data. Taking this uncertainty into account when performing analyses and calculations not only helps to better measure the profitability of investment projects, but also to expand the applicability of capital budgeting methods under real-life or uncertain conditions. This article presents a unique advertising brochure dating from 1900 which was published by the organ building company Voelkner from Duninów and which has been discovered in the State Archives in Wrocław in the files of the Silesian Evangelical Consistory. The catalogue contains 47 pages and is a valuable source for the history of the Voelkner company. By studying this publication, the reader will get acquainted with the trends prevailing in the field of organ building at the turn of the 19th to the 20th centuries. However, the advertising folder does not contain any listing of the works realized by the company, which is probably its greatest shortcoming.

The Diocese of Świdnica has existed since 2004. So far, only one pipe organ has been built in its territory. In 2005 the Wrocław-based Cynar company performed the installation of a 38-voice instrument with an electronic action for the Church of the Elevation of the Holy Cross in Kłodzko. For its construction the company used the organ of a deconsecrated church in Germany, i.e. St. Peter’s Church in Frankfurt am Main. In other newly-built churches electronic instruments have been installed, mainly for financial reasons. Since the diocese was founded 10 years ago, 25 instruments have undergone thorough renovation.
