El siglo XIX fue un período de permanente evolución en el modo de vestir femenino con cambios en el estilo, la manufactura y los tejidos. Todos estos cambios fueron debidos al desarrollo industrial, los avances técnicos, la evolución en los sistemas de trasporte y a la difusión de la publicidad, de los periódicos y de las revistas; reduciéndose, por tanto, los costes medios de producción y consiguiendo que aparentemente la moda fuese accesible a todo el mundo. Sin embargo, a primera vista, las diferencias continuaron y cualquiera podía clasificar socialmente a una mujer por su modo de vestir.
Physicochemical and technological properties of beef burger as influenced by the addition of pea fibre

This study aimed to evaluate the physicochemical characteristics and sensory attributes of beef burgers with the addition of pea fibre as a partial substitute of meat or fat. Three formulations were prepared: control (CON) – similar to the commercial formulation; fibre/less meat (FLM)—5% meat reduction and addition of 1% pea fibre; fibre/less fat (FLF)—7% fat reduction and addition of 1% pea fibre. Non‐significant differences were obtained for pH, colour parameters (L* and b*), texture profile, cooking loss and size reduction among formulations. International audience; Dissipative solitons are localized formations of an electromagnetic field that are balanced through an energy exchange with the environment in presence of nonlinearity, dispersion and/or diffraction. Their growing use in the area of passively mode-locked lasers is remarkable: the concept of a dissipative soliton provides an excellent framework for understanding complex pulse dynamics and stimulates innovative cavity designs. La identidad a través de la pose, del retrato burgués decimonónico al selfie

[EN] This work articulates some typologies that from the point of view of expression and pose encode the identity of subjects portrayed in the 19th century. We also study how these 19th century typologies survive in the 20th century by virtue of relationships of inheritance and filiation. We will focus on the bourgeois normative portrait, on the artistic portrait and the police portrait, one of the manifestations of otherness. To conclude, we will reflect on the ambivalent nature of selfies, an emergent and genuinely digital typology related most directly with self-portraits, but using codes of expression, function and diffusion which are different from previous ones.

Znaczenie polityczno-militarne Würzburga i innych państw Rzeszy Niemieckiej w początkach wojny o sukcesję hiszpańską w oczach dyplomacji francuskiej

Pod koniec XVII w. Europa Zachodnia stała u progu wojny o sukcesję hiszpańską. W związku z bezpotomną śmiercią Karola II Habsburga zarówno Ludwik XIV, jak i Leopold VI byli zainteresowani obsadzeniem tronu w Madrycie. Mimo wcześniejszych porozumień i uzgodnień dotyczących ewentualnego podziału Hiszpanii Francja i cesarz szykowali się do wojny. Najpewniej – ponieważ analizowany dokument nie ma daty – w 1700 r. dyplomaci francuscy podjęli się próby eksplikacji możliwości ewentualnego poparcia politycznego i militarnego Ludwika XIV przez niektórych książąt i biskupów niemieckich. Na tej podstawie opracowano niezwykle interesujący memoriał, który jest podstawą rozważań w tym artykule.
