Logistyka a zarządzanie cyklem kapitału pracującego – rozwiązania stosowane w skali przedsiębiorstwa (Logistics vs. working capital cycle management …

2016

Richardsa i E.J. Laughlina, a spośród jego składowych logistyka bezpośrednio wpływa na długość cyklu zapasów (F2F), obok cyklu należności (02C) oraz zobowiązań (P2P). Głównymi instrumentami stosowanymi w przedsiębiorstwie w celu skrócenia cyklu F2F są Lean Manufacturing i Just in Time, zorientowane na ujawnianie i redukcję marnotrawstwa w przedsiębiorstwie, czego skutkiem jest zmniejszenie poziomu zapasów. W efekci…

In an initial stage, a knowledge management model was built. After a second stage with a…

Do we really know the predictors of competence-creating R&D subsidiaries? Uncovering the mediation of dual network embeddedness

2017

Abstract Many changes have been recorded in the R&D role played by the foreign subsidiaries of multinational corporations (MNCs), to the extent that today many are recognised as key players in the development of firm innovation-related competences. Given this trend, we examine the predictors of a subsidiary's R&D role as a competence-creating contributor to the MNC's long-term success. Traditionally, the predictors of subsidiaries' R&D roles have been sought in the specific features of the internal corporate and external host-country environments. However, we find that favourable corporate- and country-level conditions may not necessarily lead to the enhancement of a subsidiary's R&D role u…

EDUCATION SUPPLY WITHIN UNIVERSITIES: AN ORGANIZATIONAL ARCHITECTURE THEORY ANALYSIS

2006

We analyzed through this thesis the decisional process within universities that drives to the educational supply. In order to do so, we used a stakeholder view. Whereas value distribution process has an effect on the production process, the organizational context emphasises a peculiar dimension. The integration of various stakeholders allows to measure individual contributions on the value creation process, through the decisional process. We sought to justify the existence of the mechanisms of control within the universities starting from the study of the decisional rights and from their alienability. Those concepts allow to define organizational architecture through three dimensions: the d…
