This paper is trying to test the hypothesis of efficient market (EMH Efficient Market Hypothesis), the case of capital market in Romania during the economic financial crisis. According to the purpose in view our research is aiming at testing the hypothesis of random walk of stock exchange indexes BET, BET-C, BET_FI of Bucharest Stock Exchange. In this respect we will enforce statistic tests to see if the capital market in Romania is efficient in a weak form during this period.

Measurement of the energy distribution of electrons escaping minimum-B ECR plasmas

The measurement of the electron energy distribution (EED) of electrons escaping axially from a minimum-B electron cyclotron resonance ion source (ECRIS) is reported. The experimental data were recorded with a room-temperature 14 GHz ECRIS at the JYFL accelerator laboratory. The electrons escaping through the extraction mirror of the ion source were detected with a secondary electron amplifier placed downstream from a dipole magnet serving as an electron spectrometer with 500 eV resolution. BACKGROUND: Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) typically occurs when ovaries are primed with FSH/ LH and subsequently exposed to hCG. The ultimate pathophysiological step underlying this clinical picture is increased vascular permeability (VP). METHODS: A search of the literature was carried out using PubMed and the authors’ files. RESULTS: In rodents and humans, the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and VEGF receptor 2 (VEGFR-2) mRNA increases during ovarian stimulation. The aim of this study is to estudy lingual and labial microcirculation differences among healthy subjects and those with Hashimoto's thyroiditis affected by macroglossia. Twenty healthy patients and 20 patients suffering from Hashimoto's thyroiditis were examined. Labial and lingual capiUaroscopy were used to investigate the characteristics of microcirculation. For each patient we evaluated visibility, course, tortuosity and the possible presence of microhaemorrhages, average calibre of capillary loops and the number of visible capillary loops per square millimetre. Rewolucyjny rozwój internetu znacząco wpłynął nie tylko na społeczeństwo i kulturę, ale także na gospodarkę. Największe sieciowe korporacje nie pozostały bierne wobec pojawiających się zmian i zaczęły doskonale wykorzystywać ludzkie przywiązanie do sieci. Komercyjny pęd doprowadził wręcz do uprzedmiotowienia człowieka i mierzenia jego wartości w kategoriach ekonomicznych. Kapitalizm odbił swe piętno na funkcjonowaniu sieci, ale sieć, rządząca się swoimi prawami, także zaczęła wpływać na formę tego systemu i ją uaktualniać. Staliśmy się świadkami ewolucji kapitalistycznego rynku i dezaktualizacji niektórych pojęć.
