: The Argentine legal system is part of the constitutional paradigm. In this case, the gender perspective is an essential condition to make a legal correct interpretation because its postulates influence any notion and course of legal action. On this matter, I assume a theoretical foundation of the gender theory and I recommend a decalogue of interpretative standards which receive its vision.

Modeling suggests that oblique extension facilitates rifting and continental break-up

[1] In many cases the initial stage of continental break-up was and is associated with oblique rifting. That includes break-up in the Southern and Equatorial Atlantic, separation from eastern and western Gondwana as well as many recent rift systems, like Gulf of California, Ethiopia Rift and Dead Sea fault. Using a simple analytic mechanical model and advanced numerical, thermomechanical modeling techniques we investigate the influence of oblique extension on the required tectonic force in a three-dimensional setting. Use of bone scintigraphy in the early diagnosis of bisphosphonate related osteonecrosis of the jaw. Case report and review of the literature

The main aim of the present report is to show the potential utility of bone scintigraphy for the diagnosis of jaw osteonecrosis. We report the history of a 62-year-old woman underwent breast cancer surgery in 2010. Moreover, patient received postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Intravenous bisphosphonates were also added to the treatment strategy to reduce the risk of bone metastasis. However, a hypermetabolic focus on left hemimandible was evidenced with a bone scintigraphy during follow up. Asymmetric boudins are potential but problematic shear sense indicators. They can be divided into two groups, with slip on the inter-boudin surface that is either synthetic (S-slip) or antithetic (A-slip) with respect to bulk shear sense. Since both groups have mirror-image symmetry, independent geometric criteria are needed to distinguish them if they are to be used as shear sense indicators. Investigation of asymmetric boudins in trains parallel to the main foliation from the Kaoko Belt in Namibia and elsewhere indicate that the geometry of both groups is in most cases different. We prove that, for the uniform distribution over all sets Xof m(that is a fixed integer) non-empty words whose sum of lengths is n, $\mathcal{D}_X$, one of the usual deterministic automata recognizing X*, has on average $\mathcal{O}(n)$ states and that the average state complexity of X*is i¾?(n). We also show that the average time complexity of the computation of the automaton $\mathcal{D}_X$ is $\mathcal{O}(n\log n)$, when the alphabet is of size at least three.
