Echinococcus multilocularis is a parasite of public health importance causing the fatal zoonotic disease alveolar echinococcosis. The parasite's eggs are dispersed in the environment through the fox faeces. Epidemiological issues associated with the disease led to the monitoring of the endemic status in foxes in France and in Europe. Fox faeces collected in the field were tested for the presence of the parasite and assembled in a georeferenced database. GIS-assisted analysis investigated relationships between landscape characteristics and potential risk. Three scale levels were successively explored. W artykule podjęto źródłową analizę posługi towarzyszenia duchowego małżonkom sakramentalnym i osobom w sytuacjach nieregularnych na podstawie posynodalnej adhortacji apostolskiej Amoris laetitia papieża Franciszka. Pojęcie towarzyszenia jest wiodącym terminem w  kolejnych rozdziałach dokumentu. Przybliżony został zakres znaczeniowy pojęcia towarzyszenia oraz charakterystyka posługi przedstawiona przez papieża. Następnie scharakteryzowano kolejne konteksty towarzyszenia podejmowane w adhortacji. Rozliczalność jest jedną z centralnych zasad dobrego rządzenia, a istnienie mechanizmów rozliczalności uznaje się za warunek dobrych rządów. W artykule rozliczalność jest rozpatrywana w kontekście gminnym, a jego celem jest przedstawienie problemów związanych z pomiarem rozliczalności. Zaproponowano również pięć obiektywnych wskaźników poziomu rozliczalności w gminie. Korzystając z doświadczeń badawczych w województwie opolskim, autor dochodzi do wniosku, że choć istnieje wiele mechanizmów rozliczalności władz gminnych, pojawia się problem zdobycia systematycznych danych, które pozwoliłyby na ilościowe różnicowanie gmin pod kątem poziomu rozliczalności. Il contributo propone - senza pretese di esaustività - una tassonomia delle "oscurità" nel diritto internazionale in materia di soccorso in mare.
