The use of selected plant water extracts to control pests and weeds is gaining growing attention in organic and sustainable agriculture, but the effects that such extracts may exert on the quality aspects of durum wheat are still unexplored. In 2014, 5 plant water extracts (Artemisia arborescens, Euphorbia characias, Rhus coriaria, Thymus vulgaris, Lantana camara) were prepared and distributed on durum wheat cv Valbelice to evaluate their potential herbicidal effects. Artykuł poddaje analizie instytucję zabezpieczenia na nieruchomości w postępowaniu karnym w kontekście połączenia w niej działania organów postępowania karnego w dwóch różnych procedurach i w dwóch różnych pozycjach procesowych. Zabezpieczenie następuje w zakresie tytułu wykonawczego w postaci stosownego postanowienia i wynika z postępowania karnego w fazie in personam. The LOFT mission concept is one of four candidates selected by ESA for the M3 launch opportunity as Medium Size missions of the Cosmic Vision programme. The launch window is currently planned for between 2022 and 2024. LOFT is designed to exploit the diagnostics of rapid X-ray flux and spectral variability that directly probe the motion of matter down to distances very close to black holes and neutron stars, as well as the physical state of ultra-dense matter. Nell’ambito della Rete nazionale di valutazione delle varietà. di frumento duro coordinata dal CREA, nell’annata agraria 2017-18 i campi sperimentali sono stati allestiti in Sicilia in 5 diversi ambienti: Libertinia (Catania), Caltagirone (Catania), Catania, Cammarata e S. Stefano Quisquina (Agrigento). I risultati delle prove condotte nel quadriennio in 18 diverse condizioni ambientali (località × annata), evidenziano che le cultivar Antalis, Kanakis e Monastir hanno fornito rese ampiamente superiori alla media dei singoli campi rispettivamente nell’89%, 83% e 78% delle prove realizzate in Sicilia.
