The conflict between work and family demands increased during the COVID-19 pandemic due to changes in lifestyle related to the lockdown. This study examines the associations between work-family conflict (WFC) and family-work conflict (FWC) with work-specific, family-specific, and well-being-related variables during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. Mājdzīvnieka esamības mājvietā saistība ar studentu uztverto stresu

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt vai pastāv saistība starp uztverto stresa līmeni studentiem un to vai viņu mājvietā ir mājdzīvnieks. Pētījumā piedalījās 70 respondenti, kas studē, vidējais vecums 22,6 gadi. Viena grupa, kuriem ir mājdzīvnieks mājvietā (n = 32), un otra grupa, kuriem mājdzīvnieka mājvietā nav (n = 38). Izmantotais instrumentārijs – Uztvertā stresa skala un Sociālās adaptācijas skala. Rezultāti norāda uz to, ka grupā bez mājdzīvnieka ir statistiski nozīmīgi augstāks uztvertā stresa līmenis, nekā grupā ar mājdzīvnieku mājvietā.
