Measurements of the Absolute Branching Fractions of B±→K±Xcc̅

We study the two-body decays of ${B}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$ mesons to ${K}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$ and a charmonium state ${X}_{c\overline{c}}$ in a sample of $210.5\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ of data from the BABAR experiment. We perform measurements of absolute branching fractions $\mathcal{B}({B}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{K}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}{X}_{c\overline{c}})$ using a missing mass technique, and report several new or improved results. Predictions for η→ηπ+π− producing f0(500), f0(980) and a0(980)

Abstract We perform calculations for the η c → η π + π − decay using elements of SU(3) symmetry to see the weight of different trios of pseudoscalars produced in this decay, prior to the final state interaction of the mesons. After that, the interaction of pairs of mesons, leading finally to η π + π − , is done using the chiral unitary approach. We evaluate the π + π − and πη mass distributions and find large and clear signals for f 0 ( 500 ) , f 0 ( 980 ) and a 0 ( 980 ) excitation. The reaction is similar to the χ c 1 → η π + π − , which has been recently measured at BESIII and its implementation and comparison with these predictions will be very valuable to shed light on the nature of th…

A non-relativistic model for the $[cc][\bar{c}\bar{c}]$ tetraquark

We use a non-relativistic model to study the spectroscopy of a tetraquark composed of $[cc][\bar{c}\bar{c}]$ in a diquark-antidiquark configuration. By numerically solving the Schr\"{o}dinger equation with a Cornell-inspired potential, we separate the four-body problem into three two-body problems. Spin-dependent terms (spin-spin, spin-orbit and tensor) are used to describe the splitting structure of the $c\bar{c}$ spectrum and are also extended to the interaction between diquarks. Recent experimental data on charmonium states are used to fix the parameters of the model and a satisfactory description of the spectrum is obtained. An improved limit for Γee of X(3872) and Γee measurement of ψ(3686)

Çetin, Serkant Ali (Dogus Author) Using the data sets taken at center-of-mass energies above 4 GeV by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII storage ring, we search for the reaction e+e-→γISRX(3872)→γISRπ+π-J/ψ via the Initial State Radiation technique. The production of a resonance with quantum numbers JPC=1++ such as the X(3872) via single photon e+e- annihilation is forbidden, but is allowed by a next-to-leading order box diagram. We do not observe a significant signal of X(3872), and therefore give an upper limit for the electronic width times the branching fraction ΓeeX(3872)B(X(3872)→π+π-J/ψ)<0.13 eV at the 90% confidence level. Transverse momentum dependence of the $J/\psi$ dimuon differential cross section obtained in the muon arms in 2006 and 2008 Runs. Uncertainties are point-to-point uncorrelated (uncorr.)
