El Plano (Espadilla). Un yacimiento romano del Alto Mijares (Castellón)

In this paper we study some archaeological materials found in the Roman site of El Plano (Castellón). Although today is almost entirely destroyed by agricultural work, some of the pieces studied said they were equipped with thermal baths, so it should be a settlement of some importance. Moreover ceramics collected allows occupation dating from the I to IV century AD. This is the first Roman site that has been studied in the district of Alto Mijares.
Stan zdrowotny i zagrożenia drzew na terenie wybranych siedlisk miasta Oświęcim

Celem przeprowadzonych badań (w 2011 r.) było określenie stanu zdrowotnego oraz zagrożeń drzew rosnących na terenie Oświęcimia. Analizą objęto 5 obszarów różniących się między sobą warunkami siedliskowymi. Kondycję zdrowotną drzew wyznaczono na podstawie skali zdrowotności opracowanej przez J. Dudę. Badaniom poddano łącznie 424 drzewa należące do 22 gatunków. Najliczniejszymi gatunkami były: lipa drobnolistna Tilia cordata – 16,7% analizowanej grupy drzew i lipa szerokolistna Tilia platyphyllos (15,8%). Najmniejszy udział miał dąb szypułkowy Quercus robur (0,2%). Najwięcej, bo aż 76,2% drzew cechowało się dobrym stanem zdrowotnym, 22,4% złym, a 1,4% bardzo złym. Głównym czynnikiem ogranicza…

The main objectives of this study are to provide the essential information on the thermal behaviour of the battery cells for automotive purpose especially for EVs and HEVs through experimental work in order to develop an effective 3D electro-thermal model for lithium ion battery cells and pack. The experimental study is focusing on the distribution of temperature at various points of the battery cell surface, impact of different constant discharge rates, and also the importance of cooling system on the battery temperature behaviour. Evolución de la oferta exportable en Santander, Colombia 2000-2012: Un análisis a través del índice Herfindahl Hirschmann

Este documento tuvo como objetivo analizar la evolución de la oferta exportadora de Santander entre el año 2000 y 2012, revisando los patrones de concentración o diversificación. Para ello utilizó como metodología el cálculo del índice de Herfindahl-Hirschmann. Los hallazgos encontrados establecen que la oferta exportable se ha concentrado por lo que las políticas diseñadas para promover la diversificación de producto no han tenido los efectos esperados y es necesario el diseño de nuevos lineamientos para tal fin.
